ArcelorMittal - Será desta?

Há meses que a ArcelorMittal insiste em transaccionar num trading range que, à excepção de algumas poucas quebras, oscilou sempre entre os 15,50 € e os 22,00 €.

Costumo manter-me o mais afastado possível de títulos que estejam a lateralizar, entretanto, uma notícia hoje chamou-me a atenção:

LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Exane BNP Paribas analysts cut mining giant Rio Tinto (RTP 168.14, +9.13, +5.74%) (UK:RIO 2,651, -13.00, -0.49%) to neutral on Monday noting there's still uncertainty about the completion of the firm's deal with Chinalco. "Rio Tinto's share price has been one of the best performers among large diversified mining peers, yet most have rebounded sharply from their lows and offer limited additional upside," it said. Exane suggested switching into steelmaker ArcelorMittal (MT 27.88, +2.15, +8.36%) (NL:MT 20.17, +0.82, +4.24%) . "Steel sector fundamentals will remain challenging but there are glimmers of hope in certain steel segments to which ArcelorMittal is highly exposed," it said. Rio Tinto shares fell 4.2%, while ArcelorMittal declined 0.7% in Amsterdam.
